Yaw
Boakye, better known as "Killer Ntua," an 18-year-old Pragia rider,
was brutally attacked, and the Diaso Magistrate Court remanded two people into
arrest. On Friday, July 17, 2026, Perpetual and Emmanuel Frimpong appeared in
court and pleaded not guilty.
Prosecutor
Bernard Azagisanaba asked that the two be held while the police carried out
their investigation during the proceedings. He stated that the main suspect,
Enoch, also referred to as "Awoňyň," is still at large and is being
actively sought by law enforcement.
Emmanuel
Frimpong allegedly assisted the fugitive suspect in attacking the young rider,
according to the authorities. Nine live AA cartridges, a pump-action gun, and
large amounts of tramadol concealed in Frimpong's room were found during
additional police searches and have all been taken as evidence.
Both
offenders were ordered to remain in lawful custody by Presiding Magistrate His
Worship Devlin Isando, who denied them bail. While police continue to look for
the remaining suspect, the court has postponed the case until July 30, 2026.
