Each of the two lenses on this stereoscopic camera can record video at 90 frames per second with 8160x7200 pixel resolution. Combining these two lenses allows the Vision Pro headset to record 3D videos with depth and a realistic feel for the user.
These videos may be recorded with the new Blackmagic camera in Apple's proprietary format, and they can now be edited directly in the DaVinci Resolve software thanks to a recent upgrade.
Filmmakers will be able to acquire the camera for $30,000 early next year.
