A vibrant new nightclub and pub in Sowutuom is seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced manager to oversee all aspects of the establishment's daily operations, ensuring a smooth and profitable running of the business. We also require several waitresses to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Manager Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate a team of staff.
Waitress Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and efficient table service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Process payments efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements (all positions):
• Must reside in Sowutuom or its surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Manager Specific Requirements:
• Proven experience managing a similar establishment (nightclub or pub).
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Experience with inventory management and financial reporting.
