During their divorce proceedings, Jesse James and his ex-wife, former porn star Bonnie Rotten, are accusing one another of domestic violence.
In reaction to Rotten's divorce suit and her own TRO request, Sandra Bullock's ex-husband James filed for the restraining order on Wednesday. He is requesting that the court keep Rotten 100 feet away from him and their child until a custody hearing can take place.
According to the documents, James states that the two got married in June 2022, but he also alleges that a few months prior, Bonnie, whose actual name is Alaina Hicks, attacked him and attempted to break his finger.
James claims that similar instances have occurred on other occasions over the years, including when Bonnie was expecting his son Bishop, when he claims she used her thumbnail to poke a hole in his neck.
James further claims that after a furious dispute, Bonnie kicked him from behind as he was leaving the house, shattering his wrist and dislocating his thumb.
Furthermore, according to Jesse, his estranged wife has been beating their dogs and cats on a regular basis.
He also claims that their son is now imitating the abusive behaviour with the animals.
It's important to note that Bonnie has also filed for a TRO against Jesse, alleging that he has previously been abusive with her and even smacked her in the face.
She also claims that she never kicked him when he broke his wrist but rather slammed a door, inadvertently hurting him. She claims that Jesse punched her in the throat in retaliation.
When Jesse believes he is the victim of Bonnie's abuse, he says her TRO is an attempt to make him the bad guy.
Bonnie has already filed for divorce twice in 2022, but it is obvious that she never followed through on those filings.
We contacted Bonnie, who informed us that in order to protect them, she decided to leave the residence with Jesse and their son.
She claims that Jesse began making utterly manufactured, unfounded, and false accusations against her after she filed for divorce, calling it "part of his ongoing attempt to manipulate and gaslight me." She goes on...
"I will refrain from pursuing this issue in the media for the sake of our child's security and welfare.
I humbly request your privacy during this time and have faith that the legal system will handle these matters appropriately."
Jesse has also been contacted, but we have not heard back as of yet.
