Watch these heartbreaking moments as the second victim returns home—East Legon Accident

Today, Wednesday, October 23, 2024, Justine Mary-Anne Enyonam Agbenu, one of the 12-year-old victims of the catastrophic East Legon disaster, will be buried.

A private funeral is planned for Justine, who died in the vehicle accident on Saturday, October 12, 2024, along with her friend Maame Dwomoh Boaten. The burial of Maame Dwomoh has already taken place. Before the burial, a farewell ceremony is now being held at the Christ the King Catholic Church in Accra.

The solemn atmosphere was captured in videos that have surfaced from the service. In one video, the casket is decorated with wreaths, including one from her mother, and Justine's remains are shown arriving at the chapel in a hearse.

Kofi TV also posted a video showing the white coffin being led into the church auditorium. The casket was taken to the front of the hall to begin the burial service following a brief prayer conducted by family members and clergy.
