The Black Stars were hoping to defeat Sudan for the first time after a difficult start, but despite their dominant performance, the first leg ended in a 0-0 tie on Thursday at the Accra Sports Stadium. With only two points, this result has put more pressure on head coach Otto Addo and his team, as they are now in third position in Group F.

The group is keen to win the second leg on Tuesday in order to record their first victory. The players' last training session will take place on Saturday, October 12, at the Accra Sports Stadium, prior to their departure on Sunday.

Before the fourth matchday match on Tuesday afternoon, they will undertake their required training at the Martyrs of February Stadium on Monday after arriving in Libya.

To increase their prospects of making it to the AFCON tournament in Morocco the following year, Otto Addo and his team need to defeat Kwesi Appiah's team. The game is scheduled to begin at 13:00 GMT.
